What MacGames does for it.

Diablo IV is a Windows game. MacGames brings the parts it needs to run on a Mac, and sets them up for you.

  • DirectX 12 through Metal

Apple's D3DMetal turns the game's DirectX 12 calls into Metal.

  • A Battle.net that works

The Battle.net app draws through DXMT, and MacGames brings its window back when it hides.

  • One Battle.net for Blizzard games

Diablo IV and Diablo II: Resurrected share one Battle.net, so you sign in once.

  • Also on Steam

Bought Diablo IV on Steam instead? MacGames has a Steam version of this game too.
